MA, Organization Management and Development
"Your Passion. Your Time. Your Place."
To meet the needs of adult learners, Fielding Graduate University delivers an online educational model that builds upon existing experience and integrates collaborative, competency-based learning. The 20-month, online Master's program in Organization Management and Development (OMD) offers executives and mid-career adults the opportunity to develop and expand their professional skills through the study and practical application of organizational science, management and behavior. OMD students enhance their ability to create organizational excellence and act as change agents through the study of adult development, complex adaptive systems, virtual practices, distributed teams, and innovative models of leadership, management and organization development.
Throughout the program, students apply their educational experiences to the real-world situations they face on a continual basis. By immediately relating their new knowledge to the workplace, students put theories into practice, and are able to see the results of their educational investment as they study.
Please note: At the beginning of the second term, students are required to attend a three-day, face-to-face session.
